Don Vescio

A competitive cyclist for 35 years, Don has set numerous time trial course records at cycling events in the United States and Canada and has been a multiple gold medalist in New York's Empire State Games, as well as at New York's and Pennsylvania's State time trial championships and Ontario's provincial championships.  He also has medaled in the time trial at the USA Cycling's Open and Masters championships.

Don has faced the challenge of coming back from two separate horrific accidents where he was hit by vehicles and sustained devastating injuries. Despite the permanent disabilities, chronic pain, and inability to use aerobars, usually Don posts the fastest bike splits in triathlons and other timed bicycle competitions.

Don is a tenured college professor at Worcester State University.  He brings his years of teaching and racing experience to help his clients achieve their goals in a flexible and supportive fashion.  A USA Cycling Certified Coach, Don has over twenty-five years of coaching experience and many of his clients have achieved considerable success at the regional and national level.
